What does training with me involve?
I offer a FREE initial consultation either face to face or telephone/Zoom call to discuss your goals between 30 min to 1 hr
Prices & Packages:
FOUNDATION PACKAGE £150 per month
- One personal training session per week (1hr)
- Lifestyle analysis and goal setting
- Nutrition advice
- Training plan
- Full support via Whatsapp/email/phone
DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE £250 per month:
2 Personal Training Sessions Per week
Includes all of the components of the foundation package but we train together twice a week
